The Challenge

TruckInfo operates in the trucking and commercial insurance space, a niche B2B market with long sales cycles and high customer lifetime values. When they came to us, their digital infrastructure had three compounding problems:

Deliverability Damage: Their email list had never been cleaned. Years of accumulating invalid addresses, spam traps, and disengaged contacts had eroded their sender reputation. Emails that should have been reaching active prospects were landing in spam folders or bouncing entirely.

No Automation: Every email was manual. There were no welcome sequences, no nurture flows, no re-engagement campaigns. The team was either sending one-off blasts or not sending at all. There was no system to consistently move prospects through the sales pipeline.

No SEO Content Strategy: Beyond email, TruckInfo had no organic search presence for the terms their prospects were actively searching. In an industry where buyers research extensively before engaging with a vendor, being invisible in search results meant missing prospects at the top of the funnel.

Our Approach

We deployed the same playbook that drove results for HyperHired, adapted for the trucking and commercial insurance vertical.

Phase 1: Deliverability Fix

We started by cleaning the list aggressively, removing invalid addresses, identifying and suppressing spam traps, and segmenting contacts by engagement level. We rebuilt email authentication records, implementing proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration.

Then we executed a controlled warm-up, gradually rebuilding sender reputation by sending to the most engaged segments first and expanding volume as inbox placement improved.

Phase 2: Email System Build

With deliverability restored, we built the automation infrastructure:

  • Welcome sequences for new leads entering the system
  • Nurture flows aligned to the commercial insurance buying cycle
  • Re-engagement campaigns for dormant contacts
  • Campaign frameworks for regular sends

Every sequence was designed for the trucking and insurance audience. The language, timing, and content reflected how fleet operators and insurance buyers actually make purchasing decisions.

Phase 3: SEO Content Strategy

We launched an SEO content strategy targeting the search terms that TruckInfo's ideal prospects use during their research phase. This included informational content about commercial insurance requirements, regulatory compliance, and fleet management best practices.

The goal was to capture prospects at the awareness stage and feed them into the email system for ongoing nurturing, creating a connected pipeline from organic search to email to sales conversation.

Current Status

This is an ongoing engagement. The infrastructure is built and operational, and we continue to optimize across all three channels. The combination of restored deliverability, automated email flows, and growing organic search visibility is creating a compounding effect where each channel reinforces the others.

The TruckInfo engagement demonstrates that the system-build approach works across industries. The same phased methodology, fix deliverability first, build automation second, expand channels third, produces consistent results whether the client is in recruitment, consulting, or commercial insurance.
